Networks

CBM collaborates with various national and international networks, working groups, and organisations to enhance efforts in the field of inclusion. These collaborations are pivotal in driving forward our mission to create a more inclusive world for everyone, especially for people with disabilities.

Our political partners primarily include United Nations departments and agencies, crucial in shaping global policies and frameworks. By working closely with these entities, we aim to shape international standards and ensure that the rights of people with disabilities are recognised and upheld worldwide.

In addition to our work with the UN, we engage with a broad spectrum of international non-governmental organisations (INGOs). These partnerships allow us to leverage a wealth of expertise and resources, facilitating the implementation of inclusive practices across various sectors. By joining forces with INGOs, we can amplify our impact and reach more communities in need.

Universities and similar institutions are also key collaborators in our network. Through research and academic partnerships, we strive to advance the knowledge base around disability inclusion. These collaborations help us to develop evidence-based strategies and innovative solutions that can be applied in real-world settings.
