The feedback and complaints mechanism is available to raise concerns, complaints, appreciation/compliments or suggestions about the standards of service provided by CBM, its staff, partners, volunteers or anyone directly involved in programme delivery.

This mechanism is not anonymous, but all complaints will be treated as highly confidential. If you would like to submit feedback anonymously, you can use our whistle-blower system. However, without any contact details provided it is difficult to follow up with you directly for any further actions or answers. CBM encourages the submission of genuine and accurate information.
